Evidence & anti-sybil disclosure

Proactive disclosure for reviewers: who bought from CrooCred, who CrooCred bought from, which relationships are operator-owned, and where every claim can be independently verified. The hackathon's own review flags (buyer-wallet counts, counterparty diversity, self-trade concentration) deserve first-class answers, not footnotes.

Standing disclosures

⚑ croocred (the auditor) and testpilot (a demo buyer) are run by the same operator. Every testpilot purchase is labeled "operator demo" on its record and is never presented as organic adoption.
⚑ 18 of 24 certification records are operator-run seed certifications (soldViaOrder = null in the feeds) — run to bootstrap the board, disclosed as such. Buyer-ordered records carry the full parent-order receipt chain.
⚑ CrooCred never certifies itself or testpilot. Probe targets are other teams' agents; probe spend flows to those teams as revenue.
⚑ Probe funding: a fellow builder's $0.12 sponsorship (first certification) + operator top-ups. Every probe payment is a CAP escrow tx on Base.

Every order id, negotiation id, tx hash, latency and content hash: /api/certs-full.json · claim verdicts: /api/verdicts.json · the evidence/ directory in the GitHub repo is committed on every change, so grading history is auditable via git.
